|I managed to convince Eugene that he should let a few tickets go for $60 because people on my list were really good kissers and were smart dressers. So for you guys, tickets are $60 if you BUY THEM TODAY!|
(sorry agin the hyperlinks don't work. I just can't figure it out)
Imagine a dinner party where every story spun across the table was kindling for the courses to come.
is a storytelling dinner theater where each course is an edible metaphor of one of the five storytelling performances. Launched in New York in 2012 by comedian and storyteller Eugene Ashton-Gonzalez, Eat My Heart Out has produced unique storytelling dinners from Brooklyn to Berkeley. We are returning to home base in San Francisco at Chez Poulet for a special experiment...
Our FAIRY TALE BANQUET on March 8th at Chicken’s warehouse is the first Eat My Heart Out dinner where we will have a meal derived exclusively from myths and folk tales performed by some of the best folk tellers and musicians in the Bay Area. Our performers, Cassie Cushing, Kenneth Foster, Jeff Byers, Nancy Wang, and Robert Kikuchi-Yngojo will share stories from around the globe. These tales directly inspired Guillermo Perez (of Fogcutter SF) to develop the menu for the evening.

I have special dietary needs - do you offer a version of the dinner that I can eat? Unfortunately we don't have the ability to offer an alternative menu at this dinner. If you really, really want to come to EMHO but have special dietary restrictions, we'd appreciate it if you emailed us (eatmyheartoutshow [at] gmail.com) and let us know so we can try to develop an event you can attend in the future!
Any other questions? Email us - eatmyheartoutshow [at] gmail.com.
